WHO WE ARE

The mission of Inclusive Pathways of Coachella Valley is to positively affect the quality of life for persons with intellectual, developmental, physical, and other disabilities, as well as their families. 

MISSION STATEMENT

IPCV is a dynamic network of people committed to the following purposes:​
  • To assure the rights and entitlements of persons with disabilities.

  • To equip and enable individuals with intellectual, developmental, physical, and other disabilities to attain the fullest possible productivity, employment, and participation in an integrated community.

  • To support freedom of choice by assuring multiple options in daily living.

  • To provide continuity of quality human services

  • To improve living conditions in all circumstances.

  • To present factual material for the awareness and understanding of all segments of the public.

  • To involve persons with intellectual, developmental, physical, and other disabilities in decision-making processes affecting their lives.

  • To mobilize human and financial resources to accomplish the above

VISION

The vision of Inclusive Pathways of the Coachella Valley (IPCV) is to be specifically designed to support all individuals with disabilities (including visiting groups from other service providers), students, senior citizens, and other community members. Inclusive Pathways of the Coachella Valley (IPCV) will provide regular and ongoing staff supervision while ensuring the least restrictive environment to maximize independence, community access, and inclusion.

PURPOSE & COMMITMENT

Inclusive Pathways of the Coachella Valley is helping to create a new and different vision for the communities of the Coachella Valley. A nonprofit corporation, IPCV is dedicated to assisting people with significant disabilities grow toward productive and satisfying lives within the community. IPCV is committed to being a leader in providing innovative programs to maximize employability, independence, and quality of life.
As a result of our commitment to the community, IPCV will be a foundation of the Coachella Valley and valued within our community. The agency staff and Board of Directors are committed to successfully facilitating the inclusion and involvement of persons with disabilities in all facets of community life.
